Nanowire surface dislocation reflection

Work by G. Sainath and collaborators (Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research, India) modeling multiple reflections of partial dislocations from nanowire surfaces — repetition along the wire forms triangular-wave stacking faults, observed in Cu nanowires smaller than 2.17 nm.
