Lipids immobilizing water into droplets
Work by Giacomo Fiorin (Temple University) and coworkers, using coarse-grained LAMMPS simulations to show that lipids in the outer skin layer immobilize excess water into nanometer-sized droplets. All figures were rendered with VMD.
