Enhanced Depth Perception and Periodic Display

This is a demonstration for creating a visualization with LAMMPS' dump image command using several recent enhancements and fix graphics/periodic.

The simulation is based on the LAMMPS peptide example and uses a depth cueing and defocus effect to enhance the depth perception. Also, the specular effect parameters are changed so the material appears like glossy plastic.
