Fracturing disk modeled with BPM

A brittle disk (using the bonded particle model, BPM) is struck by a fast projectile and fractures.

The individual bonds are colored by the force carried by each bond, computed on the fly with compute bond/local force, so the propagating stress wave and the cracks become directly visible. Atoms in turn are colored by their kinetic energy.

The fix graphics/labels colorscale command is used to display the two color bars showing how the force and energy values are mapped to colors.
