In the paper simulation of the polishing of iron crystal was carried out using the method of molecular dynamics. We investigated the effect of dislocations on the acoustic emission under the impact of an indenter with a certain amount of material. The velocity of the center of mass of the sensor and internal structure of the sample were analyzed. According to the results, a significant change in the signal is associated with the movement of dislocations near sensor. The development of plastic deformation in the volume of the sample also leads to a change in the acoustic signal.
